MarkleBank, a growing independent community bank, has an outstanding opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Originator in the Fort Wayne, IN market.  MarkleBank’s Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans.  Responsibilities include building relationships with real estate agents, homebuilders, and customers to generate the growth of new and refinance mortgage business.  Applicant should have 2 – 4 years residential mortgage loan origination experience, knowledge of mortgage lending compliance and regulations, familiarity and experience with conventional, FHA, VA and USDA programs, experience in mortgage processing and closing, and strong sales abilities.
