Industry Education - IMBA/Diehl & Associates

In February of 2010 IMBA reached an agreement with Diehl & Associates, a nationally recognized and respected provider of mortgage industry education since 1983, to offer to IMBA members live, instructor led courses covering:

- Secure and Fair Enforcement Act (SAFE)*

- FHA Direct Endorsement

- FHA Advanced Underwriting, and,

- FHA Loan Officer/Processor

*Diehl & Associates has been approved by the National Mortgage Licensing System as a SAFE education provider.

Additionally, quarterly compliance webinars are planned for 2010 that will be flexible as to topics of focus, based upon the latest industry changes and member needs. Additionally, these courses will be offered at a discount for IMBA members, providing another benefit to membership in IMBA!

Course offerings will begin in March 2010 at various locations throughout Indiana and will also be open to industry professionals who need this outside of IMBA members. For more information on the course offerings, including dates, times, locations and costs, click here.

We expect that these courses, along with industry education and training at IMBA's local chapter events and the State Convention, will continue to enhance our members' knowledge of the industry, enabling them to better meet the needs of their customers, referral sources and vendors they work with every day.
