GIMBA members, a reminder that the next luncheon meeting is Wednesday, November 20th, and is our annual housing market forecast for the next year, covering existing home sales as well as new home sales and permits.  The speakers at this are Shelley Specchio, CEO of MIBOR and Steve Lains, CEO of BAGI.

Also, for those who attend, if you bring an unwrapped toy or toys to this for our December 4th Toys for Tots event at Prime 47 in Carmel @ 5:30PM (see below), you will be entered inf a drawing for a $50 gift card at the end of the meeting (bring business card)!

Shelley Specchio has been the CEO of MIBOR since early 2017 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge on the real estate market.  Prior to becoming CEO of MIBOR, Shelley was the CEO of the Northern Regional MLS.  She has also served in various capacities nationally including serving on the National Association of Realtors board of directors.

 Steve Lains has been CEO of BAGI since 1996 after working in the city of Indianapolis' Department of Metropolitan Development.  He has a bachelors degree in Planning/Economic Development from Indiana University as well as a masters of Public Affairs.
