Habitat for Humanity
IMBA and Habitat for Humanity have put together a referral program that we believe will be successful in providing more Hoosier families with the opportunity for housing through Habitat.
Southern Indiana Tornado Victim Initiative
IMBA supported the effort to raise funds for the victims of the deadly tornadoes that hit Southern Indiana on March 2nd 2012! Committing to raise a minimum of $10,000 for this by the end of August, IMBA asked for support from members in this and raised over $12,000 from those listed below and others! Also, as a part of this, IMBA members volunteered to help build a home there and some of those volunteers are also pictured below.
Contributors to this include; MBA ($5,000), IMBA, Indiana Land Title Association, and Meridian Title ($1,000), David Egts (STAR Financial Bank), Mary Travis (First Republic Mortgage), Centier Bank, First Financial Bank (Ohio) and the South Central Chapter of IMBA ($500), Dave Gedde (1st Source Bank), First Republic Mortgage and PNC Mortgage ($250), Gary & Susie Avery (United Guaranty), Bill Davis (KeyBank Mortgage), Steve Piper (American Mortgage Service Co.), Don Reber (Ruoff Home Mortgage), Scott Weghorst (Diehl & Associates) and Owen County State Bank ($100).
