Since 2015, IMBA's Future Leaders Program has provided excellent training for members in all the major components of mortgage banking, from the history of the industry, to origination, and all the way through servicing and payoffs.

Our team of instructors brings extensive expertise to their respective areas of training and maintains strong ties with the IMBA. We actively encourage students to engage proactively in the program, as it enhances their overall learning experience and fosters deeper industry understanding. We're excited to offer aspiring professionals the opportunity to delve into their chosen career path.

The program cost is $325, which will be invoiced upon acceptance into the program. All speaker presentations and supporting materials are included in this fee.
