GIMBA members, this is a correction to the e-mail sent out moments ago to clarify that GIMBA's annual 'State of Real Estate' with presenters from MIBOR and BAGI is this Wednesday, not next week! However, the subject line was correct in that today IS the last day to register.

We are again supporting the local Toys for Tots efforts with the Marines this year, and for that we want to encourage attendees at this luncheon to either bring an unwrapped toy(s) or cash/check contributions for the charity. At the luncheon, we will hand out one raffle ticket for each toy brought, and, they can also be purchased for $5/each or 5 for $20. We will then have a drawing for a $100 gift card at the end of the luncheon.

Steve Lains has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis since 1996, after working for the city of Indianapolis' Department of Metropolitan Development. He has a bachelor's degree in Planning/Economic Development from Indiana University as well as a masters of Public Affairs.

Brad Coffing has been a Research Analyst withMIBOR REALTOR® Association since May of 2018. He has over a decade of experience in public policy and economic research, working previously at the Hamilton County Economic Development Corporation, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and the IU Public Policy Institute. Brad earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University – Indianapolis.
