The Alan Thorup Future Leaders Program is designed to provide students with unparalleled insights into the mortgage banking industry. From the initial stages of marketing and pricing mortgage loans, through originating, processing, underwriting, closing and servicing. Additional modules will cover the history of mortgage banking and how all the 'pieces' fit together, ending with a management, leadership and ethics session. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge.
The program is structured around nine distinct modules. Graduation and program plaques will be awarded upon the successful completion of the program. Each class will begin at 9 a.m. ET.
